From inception of Pakistan till date Al-Khidmat Foundation is working to support the poor and needy people regardless of any ethnic or religious origin. There are thousands of volunteers in thirty six districts of Punjab including Islamabad eagerly working day and night to help humanity. Al-Khidmat Foundation Punjab is serving in the areas of health, education, emergency relief and reconstruction, Aagosh for orphan children, community development, clean water supply, ambulance service, Ambulance service and vocational education for girls. Al-Khidmat Foundation Punjab is running 20 Hospitals, 80 Dispensaries, 30 Clinical Laboratories, 8 Blood banks, 35 ambulances, 24 High schools, 28 Vocational centers for women and 2 orphanage in addition to that helping hundreds of needy students in their education, helping thousands of widows. Arranging the dowry for helpless and poor girls, arranging meat for the poor and needy people at the Eid-ul-azha, distributing gifts on Ramzan-ul-Mubarak, eids and Gifts, distributing food items, paying fines of helpless and poor prisoners, helping needy patients with medicines, in time relief efforts in case of natural calamities like floods and earthquake and helping disabled people by donating wheel chairs.
